SOCCER TRAINER
Help Players Reach Their Potential
NASA Indoor Soccer is looking for passionate Soccer Trainers to provide high-quality individual and small-group training sessions for players of all ages and skill levels. If you enjoy developing athletes and creating a positive learning environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead engaging training sessions
- Teach technical skills, game awareness, and proper fundamentals
- Adapt training to different ages and ability levels
- Encourage sportsmanship, confidence, and teamwork
- Communicate professionally with players and parents
- Maintain a safe training environment
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching or playing experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Coaching licenses are a plus but not required
REFEREE
Keep the Game Fair and Fun
NASA Indoor Soccer is hiring referees for youth and adult leagues. Referees are responsible for enforcing the rules, ensuring player safety, and creating an enjoyable game-day experience.
Responsibilities:
- Officiate league games
- Apply rules fairly and consistently
- Manage games professionally
- Communicate respectfully with coaches and players
- Complete game reports when necessary
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of soccer laws and indoor rules
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Referee certification preferred but not always required
Soccer Coach
Inspire The Next Generation
We’re seeking energetic coaches to lead recreational teams, camps, clinics, and leagues. Coaches should create a fun, organized, and encouraging environment where every player can grow.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team practices and games
- Develop age-appropriate training plans
- Foster teamwork and sportsmanship
- Communicate with players and parents
- Ensure player safety and positive experiences
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching or playing experience
- Excellent leadership skills
- Passion for youth development
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE
Be the First Face Our Guests See
Our Front Desk Associates help create a welcoming experience for every visitor. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, organization, and working in a fast-paced sports environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome players and guests
- Check in teams and visitors
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries
- Process registrations and payments
- Assist with merchandise and concessions
- Keep the lobby organized and clean
Qualifications:
- Friendly and professional personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
- Strong organizational skills
ASSISTANT COACH
Grow Your Coaching Career
Assistant Coaches work alongside our head coaches to help create a fun, organized, and educational environment for players. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring coaches, college players, and former athletes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist during practices and games
- Help set up equipment and activities
- Encourage and support players
- Demonstrate drills and techniques
- Maintain a positive atmosphere
Qualifications:

- Playing experience preferred
